How do I use my weekly check ins?

The weekly check-in shows your last 7 FASTER scale check-ins. Answering the questions each week helps you see patterns in your behavior and develop emotional awareness. It is helpful for anyone to use but it is designed for those going through the small group module and is a key part of your check-ins with your small group each week. If you’re not in a small group you don’t need to worry about this too much except to reset your FASTER scale each week.
