  • We own it – You’re licensing the app, not buying it.
  • No guarantees – We’ll do our best, but the app is provided “as is.”
  • Our liability is limited – We’re not responsible for indirect damages, and any liability is capped at what you paid (if anything).
  • Local laws apply – This agreement is governed by the laws of your state.

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and The Freedom Fight (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of The Freedom Fight mobile application and web-based platform (together, the “App”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App in any form, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the App on devices you own or control, including through a web browser, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and subject to this Agreement and applicable laws.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by law.
  • Rent, lease, loan, sell, or distribute the App or any portion of its content.
  • Use the App for any unlawful, unauthorized, or harmful purpose.

3. Accounts and Data

Use of the App may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (including all content, features, and trademarks) remain with The Freedom Fight and its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.

5. Third-Party Terms

Your use of the App must comply with the terms of service of any platform, device, or browser provider through which you access the App. Such providers are not responsible for support, maintenance, warranty, or legal claims related to the App.

6. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by deleting the App and ceasing all access through a web browser. We may terminate immediately if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop all use and delete any copies of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Texas.
